Founded in Hong Kong in 1983, REAL has grown from a dedicated automotive equipment importer into a trusted leader in the industry. As the exclusive distributor of premium brands from Europe, the U.S., Australia, and Japan, we have built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge workshop solutions that meet the evolving needs of automotive professionals. In 2003, we took a bold step forward by partnering with Heshbon of Korea to establish our own production facility specializing in car lifts and spray booths.

Birth of the REAL Brand

1984

REAL as sole distributor of numerous major European automotive equipment brands (i.e. Maha, Hoffman, Bear, Blackhawk, Stenhoj) in Hong Kong

1985

1.Introduction of our REAL brand to Mainland China
2. Exhibition in 1st Automotive China Fair in Shanghai, China

1987

REAL completed the 1st fully computerized commercial vehicle testing centre with 10 test lanes in Asia for the Hong Kong government

1990-1994

REAL established a headquarter and 10 branches in Mainland China

1994

REAL organized the 1st “INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS & EQUIPMENT FAIR” , a significant automotive exhibition held in Beijing, China

1994 – 2000

REAL supplied over 2,000 units of lifts and over 500 units of spray booths, also completed over 500 turn key 4S workshops in the region

2003

REAL established a joint venture production plant with Heshbon (Korea) in China

2003

REAL developed the 1st generation of REAL’s own-designed spray booths and car lifts

2004

1. Distributed our own-designed REAL products globally.
2. 1st participation in the Automechanika Frankfurt in Germany

2006

REAL obtained CE approval for the full range of REAL car lifts and spray booths

2007

REAL obtained ISO:9001 certification

2010

REAL developed a new generation of 2-post lifts and obtained CE approval by TUV Rheinland

2016

  1. REAL obtained CE approval for the full range of REAL car lifts by TUV Rheinland
  2. REAL obtained the Australian Worksafe approval for REAL car lifts

2018

REAL launched a new series of heavy duty 2-post lift

2020

REAL launched premium series REAL PRO 2-post lift

2021

REAL launched new series of REAL parking lift

2024

REAL launches a completely new product range of high quality lifts on the Automechanika in Frankfurt
